WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR A CALLBACK OR TO TRYOUT WITH ANOTHER AGE DIVISION IF THE EVALUATION COMMITTEE BELIEVES IT IS BENEFICIAL FOR THE PLAYER

2023-2024 Season Age Definitions:

Regardless of final team placement, we have players trying out in their USAV age division. Please use the above table to determine where to register for tryouts.

We will have callbacks if we need to.

Please follow these steps to register:

1.- AAU membership.

If you have a 2023-2024 AAU membership, regardless of the club you played for last season, please continue to the next step and use that membership number during registration.

If not, please acquire a 2023-2024 AAU membership following these steps:

If you have a current AAU membership, skip to the next question and type the returned membership number.

1.- Select "USA Only Youth Athlete"

2.- Select "Volleyball" from the drop-down menu

3.- Select "Standard Coverage $20"

4.- Select the "Existing Account" Tab and log in (create a new account if you don't have one)

5.- Select the player's name or "add new" if the name is not there.

6.- Fill in players information fields.

7.- Select Wellington Volleyball Academy (W379F6) from the drop-down menu.

8.- Digitally sign by typing your initials in the correct field.

9.- Type YOUR name (Parent/guardian) in the authorization fields.

10.- Fill in the information to place the payment.1.- Select "USA Only Youth Athlete"

Instructions to fill out the registration form

• SportsEngine requires an adult (parent/guardian) account. Sign in with your email/password combination if you have an account. If not, you should type the parent/guardian information first. The system will send you an email to validate, and then you can register the player.
• You can register by selecting an athlete profile or selecting Register a New Athlete if you don't see that profile listed.
• Enter all required fields during the registration session.
• Submit payment.
• Click Complete Registration.
  • After completing the registration, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.
