QUICK TIP! To determine the age group your daughter should try out for, verify what age she will be on June 30, 2026. That age is the tryout she should attend.

 

18 and Under: Players who were born on or after 7/1/08 or who were born on or after 7/1/07 and are high school students during some part of the current academic year.

17 and Under: Players who were born between 7/1/08 - 6/30/09

16 and Under: Players who were born between 7/1/09 - 6/30/10

15 and Under: Players who were born between 7/1/10 - 6/30/11

14 and Under: Players who were born between 7/1/11 - 6/30/12

13 and Under: Players who were born between 7/1/12 - 6/30/13

12 and Under: Players who were born between 7/1/13 - 6/30/14

11 and Under: Players who were born between 7/1/14 - 6/30/15

10 and Under: Players who were born on or after 7/1/15

ALL PLAYERS WILL TRY OUT IN THEIR USAV AGE DIVISION. 

THE FINAL TEAM ASSIGNMENT DOES NOT DEPEND ON THE TRYOUT AGE DIVISION.

 

WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR A CALLBACK OR TO TRY OUT WITH ANOTHER AGE DIVISION IF THE EVALUATION COMMITTEE BELIEVES IT WILL BENEFIT THE CLUB, THE TEAM, AND THE PLAYER.

Please follow these steps to register:

1.- AAU membership.

If you have a 2024-2025 AAU membership, regardless of the club you played for last season, please continue to the next step and use that membership number during registration.

If not, please acquire a 2024-2025 AAU membership following these steps:

All players are required to have a current AAU membership to participate in clinics.

If you have a current AAU membership, skip to the next question and type the retreived membership number.

 

If you don't have one, please use the following link to purchase one:

1.- Select “Youth Athlete Membership”

2.- Select "Volleyball" from the drop-down menu

3.- Select "Standard Coverage  $20"

4.- Select the desired term (1 or 2 years)

5.- Click "YES" on "Are they a member of a club?”

6.- Select the player's name or "add new" if the name is not there.

7.- Type our club code (W3ETEF) on  "Enter your club code:" (MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS TO LINK THE MEMBERSHIP TO WVBA)

8.- Click on "Find Club". "Your club: 2025 - Wellington Volleyball Academy" should appear.

9.- Fill in the requested player's information.

10.- Click the box next to "* I understand and agree to all terms and conditions listed."

11.- Fill in  PARENT'S information.

12.- Click on "Continue"

13.- Proceed to checkout.

14.- Create an account with Parent's email (or log in if you already have one)

15.- You will receive an email with your AAU membership immediately after finishing the application.

2.- Complete the online WVBA tryouts registration form:

Instructions to fill out the registration form

• SportsEngine requires an adult (parent/guardian) account. If you have an account, sign in with your email/password combination. If not, the first information you should type is the parent/guardian information. The system will send you an email to validate, and then you can register the player.
• Select an athlete profile to register or select Register a New Athlete if you don't see that profile listed.
• Enter all required fields on the Registration session.
• Submit payment.
• Click Complete Registration.
• After completing the registration, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.
